All students who wish to have their grant renewed are required to send the following by April 1st of each year in order to be considered:
1. A letter requesting a renewal of the grant
2. A statement of good standing from the seminary
It is the responsibility of the grantee to initiate and complete the renewal process.
Please inform the Foundation when you will go on internship. While you will not be awarded a grant during your internship, you will be eligible to receive a grant after the internship – provided you submit the two documents listed above.
IF YOU ARE A RETURNING RENEWAL GRANTEE:
Students who have renewed their Opal Dancey Memorial Foundation grant in previous years may login at: Opal Dancey Memorial Foundation Application. You will be directed to the main menu where you will see the “Renewal” row. Please select the “edit” button in this row and you will directed to the location where you can upload the letters mentioned above. If last year’s renewal documents are still in your file, please delete them and upload the new documents.
IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME RENEWAL GRANTEE:
Please contact the Opal Dancey Memorial Foundation at susan.dudas@gmail.com to indicate you will need “Renewal” status in the application system. Once you have clearance from the Foundation, you may login at:
